It’s Your Journey
For the past 9 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals and groups on their journey of healing, self-discovery, and growth. Together, we’ll explore steps toward personal transformation—whether you’re seeking growth, healing, mental clarity, or a fresh approach to your goals and lifestyle. I look forward to offering you the support you need.
My Path to Healing
My own healing journey began out of curiosity and a desire for personal transformation. Over the years, I’ve explored various modalities, including breathwork, somatic healing, and spiritual practices, which have profoundly impacted my life and shaped how I now guide others. I’ve come to understand how the body holds both the wounds and the wisdom to heal itself.
My Experience and Training
As a licensed Spiritual Practitioner, certified in David Elliott’s healing modality and the Integral Body Institute (BBTRS), I bring over 9 years of experience to my work. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and groups across multiple states, offering tailored sessions that combine breathwork, trauma release, and personal guidance to unlock potential, release deep-seated trauma, and support lasting change. What Guides My Work
At the core of my work is the belief that we all have the power to heal ourselves. My role is to provide the tools, practices, and support needed to help you tap into your inner wisdom and create the life you truly desire. I approach each session with the understanding that healing is a personal journey, and I honor the unique experiences and needs of every individual I work with.
My practice is rooted in creating safe, transformative spaces through trauma-informed care, offering compassionate, individualized support to help people reconnect with their bodies and free their minds. I am dedicated to creating a space where you can explore your true potential, release deep-seated trauma, and live a life that feels aligned and empowered.
